3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Stripe: For secure debit/credit card payments.
- PayPal: For convenient and fast online payments.
- Bank Transfer: Subject to prior arrangement with our support team.
Payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your appointment or request.
4. Appointment Policy
By booking a consultation, you agree to the following terms:
- Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled once, free of charge, if the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
- Late Arrival: If you are more than 10 minutes late, the consultation may be shortened or canceled at the discretion of the healthcare professional.
5. Certificates and Prescriptions
Requests for medical certificates or prescriptions are subject to the following conditions:
- Approval: Certificates or prescriptions are issued at the discretion of the healthcare professional and are based on clinical evaluation.
- Denial: If a certificate or prescription is denied, you will be refunded the associated fee minus the consultation charge.
- Corrections: If you identify an error in a certificate or prescription, contact us within 48 hours for a correction at no additional cost.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Full Refund: Granted for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Partial Refund: If a service cannot be completed (e.g., technical issues), the unused portion will be refunded.
- No Refund: Issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and consultations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Respect the healthcare professionals and staff.
- Use the services for lawful and intended purposes only.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
While AMAE Clinic strives to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMAE Clinic is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.
- Decisions or actions taken based on consultations or recommendations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland.
