• What if my employer asks for more details?

  The certificate confirms your fitness to return but does not disclose your medical history. If your employer requests further details, you may need an additional medical assessment.

• Can I apply for this certificate if I’ve been unwell but didn’t get a Sick Certificate?

  Yes, you can request this certificate even if you didn’t previously obtain a Sick Certificate from us. The doctor will assess your condition based on the information you provide.

• What happens if the doctor decides I’m not fit to return yet?

  If the doctor determines that you are still unwell and not ready to return to work, your request may be denied, and you will receive a full refund.

• How will I receive my certificate?

  Your Fit to Return to Work Certificate will be sent to your email as a PDF attachment, ready to download or forward to your employer.
